Submitting comments to the MIAS Blog constitutes agreement with the following posting rules. Violations of these rules will result in deletion and/or moderation of offending comments. Repeated and/or extreme violations of the rules will result in a permanent posting ban. The rules are non-negotiable and we reserve the right to change or amend them at any time.

  • Don’t post links to graphic content or adult content.
  • Don’t post profanity.
  • Don’t post repetitively.
  • Don’t re-post deleted content or links.
  • Don’t deliberately change the subject of, or attempt to monopolize, the discussion at hand.
  • Don’t post personal attacks, defamatory comments, or hate speech.
  • Don’t post broken or malicious links.
  • Don’t spam.
  • Don’t post private/contact information.
  • Don’t harass other posters.
  • Don’t harass MIAS or its facilitators, moderators or administration.
  • Don’t post off-topic, non-pertinent or irrelevant information.
  • Don’t attempt to hack, disable or compromise the MIAS Blog in any way, shape or form.
  • Don’t post illegal content of any kind, or encourage or incite others to perform illegal acts. MIAS will report all illegal content to the proper authorities.

Use of the MIAS Blog also subjects you to the Terms of Use for the Miami International Arbitration Society’s website.
